TEMPORARY DELAY - A family emergency means that orders taken after 9 December may not be delivered until January

There are several delivery options available when you checkout. We may upgrade your delivery at no extra cost.

Standard

Currently most orders of divider sets are packed the day of the order and a courier is booked to pick them up the following day for delivery the next working day after that (next day + 1 from the order date). For example; if you order on a Tuesday you can expect delivery on the Thursday, order on a Friday and the delivery is most likely to be the following Tuesday. If an order is packed before the courier arrives to pick up yesterday's orders then there is every chance that you will receive the order one day sooner - however courier pick ups vary and we cannot guarantee this.

Urgent

If your order is urgent then we do our best to help but it does depend on stock availability and the time of day. We can often offer next-day or timed services (i.e. before 9am, 10am or noon), for costs and availability please telephone us on 01304 728188 to confirm your requirements and costs.

Next Day + 1 Examples

• Order Monday, receive on Wednesday.
• Order Friday, receive on Tuesday

International

Europe is generally within 5 days

Further can take a little longer, and there can be extra delays caused by customs processing when the goods enter the country
