Server Upgrade

The server upgrade in April 2020 was completed earlier in the academic year than normal due to the cancellation of external examinations and the COVID pandemic. This upgrade was needed to keep the software up-to-date in order to keep customer data secure. As part of this process customer accounts but not historical orders are retained online.

Customer Accounts

Customer accounts have been transferred to the new system so you should still be able to login using your previous account details. If your password is not recognised please use the 'Forgot Password' link to reset it

Past Orders

Previous orders are no longer accessible through the website. This is due to incompatibilities in the catalogue structure and our intention to limit the amount of data that is contained online. We are happy to send you information regarding your previous orders should you require them.

Orders from 2018-2019 can be found on our back up site where you can login and view them: Back Up Site Link

If you require information, copies of invoices etc we can still provide that for you - please email dave@examdividers.co.uk with your company name, post code and what you need and we will send this to the email address recorded on the order.
